Puttin' Up Corn

If you can carve out a little time to do this...

Get a big bag of corn from your local farmers market.

Find a seat in the shade and start shucking away.


Ready to wash, blanch, and freeze.
...then, at Thanksgiving and Christmas and any cold winter day when you sit down to a meal with fresh corn, you'll be glad you did!
